Coming from small holder farms in the Riripa village in West Arsi, Sidamo in Ethiopia, we think this single origin offering is super special. One the strengths of this growing region is the many microclimates and varying soil types lead to striking differences in the flavor profiles found even from farm to farm. These small holder farms send their beans to the local washing station where the beans from the farms are combined, leading to a very unique blend of flavors. This high altitude bean has strong fruit notes offering a dynamic and delicious cup of coffee.
